Great prices and customer service: Joe from Gold Shield went above and beyond for me by finding me a great price for my DVD drive on my old laptop. When I called to report a minor problem, he personally came to my home and fixed it. Computer has never run better ! Highly recommended.

KNOWLEDGEABLE PROFESSIONAL: I'VE USED THIS COMPANY A FEW TIMES HE KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT THE PROBLEM IS MOST TIMES BEFORE EVEN LOOKING AT THE COMPUTER. THE COMPANY IS ALSO VERY REASONABLE AND THEY DONT KEEP YOU COMPUTER FOR WEEKS, LIKE SOME OTHER COMPANIES IVE USED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. EASY ON THE POCKET AND MY NEW SYSTEM THEY INSTALL RUNS EFFORTLESSLY.
